While GoDaddy has an automated script installer, the latest Wordpress version available is 2.3.3. So instead of using the installer, I’ll install Wordpress 2.5 from scratch.
To upload Wordpress, I use Filezilla, a free FTP client.

Note that the username and password information used for FTP is those entered when setting the website.
